D’Youville University in Buffalo, NY is seeking a full-time Simulation and Clinical Practice Center Associate for the Patricia H. Garman School of Nursing.

The role reports to the Assistant Director of Nursing Simulation and Clinical Practice Center and supports undergraduate and graduate nursing programs with state-of-the-art educational resources. Responsibilities include preparing lab materials, managing supplies, supervising work-study staff, and collaborating with faculty to optimize

Formación

• Must hold a registered nurse license in New York with unrestricted practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Master's degree in Nursing preferred or active pursuit of advanced nursing education.
• Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) or eligible through the Society for Simulation in Healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Clinical Practice Center activities as directed.
• Prepare materials for lab classes and testing.
• Maintain lab supplies and submit purchase requests as needed.
• Assign duties to work-study students and graduate assistants.
• Collaborate with faculty to enhance clinical simulations and curricula.
• Coordinate with coordinators on equipment, AV, and instructional materials.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness of lab spaces.
