Job summary

Liberty University is seeking a part-time Simulation Center Student Supervisor to support undergraduate nursing simulations. You will work with the Undergraduate Simulation Center Coordinator to assist students, faculty and staff during deliberate practice.

Responsibilities include daily operations, setup/cleanup of equipment and scenarios, maintaining a clean, functional lab space, and managing inventory and documentation.

Qualifications

• The student must be a current nursing student in their sophomore, junior or senior year.
• Must be eligible for work-study.
• Able to work 15 hours per week.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Professional, team-oriented, and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation learning environment for undergraduate students, faculty, and staff.
• Assist with daily operations, setup/cleanup of equipment and scenarios for labs.
• Maintain a clean, functioning area within the Simulation Center.
• Assist with inventory and lab documentation.
• Promote deliberate practice and maintain champion area.
• Stay current with technologies and industry benchmarks.
