Responsibilities

• The Nursing Shift Supervisor coordinates, distributes resources, and directs patient care and support services during evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ensures ongoing coordination of operations aligned with organizational goals.
• Reviews, analyzes, and recommends changes in practice to advance the center's excellence goals.
• Performs duties under minimal supervision and demonstrates required competencies.
