Rochester Regional Health's Unity Hospital seeks a Nursing Shift Supervisor to lead nursing staff during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. The role provides clinical leadership, mentors staff, and ensures smooth patient flow across med/surg, obstetrics, critical care, and emergency units on the Unity campus.

The successful candidate will hold an RN license in New York, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing
• RN licensed in New York State
• Basic Life Support Certification through American Heart Association

Responsabilités

• Provides on site management during the off shift and oversees delivery of patient care.
• Rounds on patients and families to address concerns and complaints.
• Guides unit staff on resource availability, staffing, flexing, and floating.
