Job summary

Clement Manor in Wisconsin is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to guide our evening nursing team and help shape the quality of care in our faith-based community.

This on-site leadership role focuses on clinical supervision, staff development, and ensuring safe, compassionate care for residents during Monday through Friday 2:45pm–11:15pm. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in on-call rotations to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• CPR Certification.
• 2-3 years nursing experience, preferably in geriatric long-term care.
• At least 1 year of administrative and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-focused mindset.

Clement Manor is a faith-based independent living, assisted living, CBRF and long term care community, nationally recognized for providing a superior quality environment for older adults. We’re looking for a dedicated RN Nurse Supervisor to guide our evening nursing team and help shape the quality of care in our community. The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 2:45pm-11:15pm

About the Role

As the Nursing Shift Supervisor, you’ll provide both clinical and administrative support to the nursing units and act as the go-to resource for the health center and apartments during your shift. You’ll ensure residents receive the highest quality of care while fostering teamwork and professional growth among staff.

As part of our nursing leadership team, you’ll also participate in the facility’s on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For
