Job summary

Clement Manor in Wisconsin is seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to guide our evening nursing team and help shape the quality of care in our faith-based community.

This on-site leadership role focuses on clinical supervision, staff development, and ensuring safe, compassionate care for residents during Monday through Friday 2:45pm–11:15pm. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in on-call rotations to maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin.
• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• CPR Certification.
• 2-3 years nursing experience, preferably in geriatric long-term care.
• At least 1 year of administrative and supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care for residents.
• Serve as an administrative and clinical resource for staff, residents, and families.
• Encourage collaboration across all departments.
• Be part of shared team based on-call rotation.
