North Texas Rehabilitation Institute, part of the Ernest Health network, located in Plano, TX, invites applications for a House Supervisor on a fulltime basis. The role oversees nursing services on the shift, ensuring continuity of patient care in a 48-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, CPR certification, and relevant acute care experience, with ACLS preferred.

Competenze

• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience required. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
