Job summary

Kindred Hospital Dallas Central and Acute Rehabilitation Unit seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead a hospital-based LTACH and ARU team in Dallas, TX. You will oversee nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols to support patient recovery.

The role requires a state RN license, BLS certification, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience in an acute care setting. You will partner with physicians and care teams to maintain high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Active state RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Two years of nursing experience in a hospital.
• 1–2 years supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff; assigns duties and coordinates nursing services.
• Plans and organizes training for unit staff members and participates in guidance/educational programs.
• Maintains patient health care records and ensures services are documented.
