Job summary

Spartanburg Rehabilitation Institute in Spartanburg, South Carolina, part of Ernest Health, Inc., seeks an RN House Supervisor to oversee nursing services on the assigned shift within a dynamic inpatient rehab unit.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR and ACLS (preferred), and at least one year of acute care experience, with strong leadership and organizational skills for patient-care continuity.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience required. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
