Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years' supervisory experience required.
• Excellent English communication—oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nurses in personnel, orientation, supervision and staffing.
• Review resident charts and physician orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule Licensed Nurses; participate in weight variance and pressure ulcer committees.
• Ensure infection control and aseptic techniques; monitor quality of care and reporting.

Education

RN licensure in state (or LVN pathway)
