Qualifications

• Demonstrates leadership ability and effective communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nurses in supervising personnel and staffing.
• Review resident records, physician orders, and treatment sheets for accuracy.
• Maintain infection control and aseptic techniques when needed.
• Prepare monthly nursing schedules and participate in committee meetings.
• Support admission transfers and care-plan updates as directed.
