Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Wisconsin is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team delivering psychiatric care across inpatient, residential and outpatient settings.

You will conduct medication management, psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure high-quality patient care. Two+ years of provider experience preferred; state NP license required; board eligibility strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state.
• Board-eligible AHP; board certification preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited college or university.
• Two or more years of experience as a provider in a hospital or clinic; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication management sessions.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Conduct history and physical examinations.
• Create patient treatment plans and updates.
• Develop discharge plans and coordinate care.
• Attend team meetings and participate in quality assurance.
