Qualifications

• ASN or BSN from an accredited institution.
• Preferred geriatric/nursing experience, especially in post-acute care.
• CPR certification (to be maintained during employment).
• Expert knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work effectively in team settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing, and evaluating nursing operations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing staff.
