Qualifications

• Passion for improving residents' quality of life.
• Demonstrated clinical leadership in assisted living or LTC with 1+ year in Wellness Director, HCC, or DON roles.
• Unencumbered RN/LPN license; compact license encouraged; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team with accountability and use metrics to achieve goals.
• Oversee medication management training, audits, and collaboration with provider and pharmacy staff.
• Assess residents and create service plans using the nursing process; participate in admissions decisions.
