• Supervises all medical and nursing contract services and employees.
• Provides on-call nursing services and after-hours supervisory coverage.
• Presents complex medical and nursing information to families/external providers as needed.
• Develops methods to coordinate nursing with other client services; develops staff training programs.
• Develops and monitors nursing policies to align with standards of practice.
