Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare.
- Current RN license in Illinois.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the nursing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs.
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects.
- Mentor and coach staff members to achieve professional growth and development.
