The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory experience, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills to drive quality improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a nursing setting.
• RN license and/or certification in a relevant specialty.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure provision of high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care and make necessary adjustments.
