Altru Hospital - Devils Lake is seeking a Director of Nursing Services for Devils Lake, ND. The role directs Med/Surg, Emergency Services, Obstetrics and Swing Bed units, guiding operations and budgeting within the organization’s strategic framework.

You will lead a skilled team, recruit and develop leaders, and drive quality of care with a focus on engagement and performance. This is a 100% onsite leadership role with regular on‑call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelors - Nursing
• Required: A minimum of 5 years Related Experience

Responsibilities

• Leading daily clinical and interdepartmental rounds
• Facilitating safety huddles to support quality patient care
• Providing operational oversight, including staffing and workforce planning
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives and team development
• Driving process improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and outcomes
