CareOne Harmony Village in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Director of Nursing. The role leads long‑term care nursing services, manages regulatory compliance, and partners with administration to plan staffing and budgets. A RN license and substantial LTC management experience are required.
The position emphasizes quality outcomes, resident-centered care, and collaboration with committees to drive improvements across the facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in long term care nursing management.
- At least 2 years nursing managerial experience required.
- Currently licensed as RN in state of practice.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with two years of additional education in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
Responsabilités
- Maintain a reference library and update to assist the nursing service department.
- Coordinate nursing services with resident services to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in facility surveys by government agencies as directed.
- Develop action plans for quality indicators and budget planning with administration.
- Attend QA and A committee meetings and present clinical outcome data trends.
- Oversee staffing needs and ensure adequate nursing coverage per shift.
