Job summary

CareOne in Northampton, MA seeks a Director of Nursing Services/Wellness Director to lead the nursing department and ensure regulatory compliance for residents in long-term care facilities including skilled nursing and assisted living. The role oversees budgeting, staffing, and quality programs to maintain high standards of resident care.

Salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 annually with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in long term care nursing management.
• At least two years in nursing managerial roles.
• Licensed RN in state of practice; Bachelor's in Nursing with geriatric rehab training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, implement and direct the nursing service department and its programs.
• Lead QA and A committees, review and analyze clinical outcome data and trends.
• Plan and monitor staffing for nursing, ensure compliance with resident care plans and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and adhere to nursing services budget; supervise staff performance evaluations.
