The Executive Director will support faculty research, advocate for student success, and drive accreditation and program excellence while managing budgets and external partnerships.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in nursing or related field with a current nursing license.
• Extensive leadership and administrative experience in nursing education.

Responsibilities

• Lead the School of Nursing with vision and strategic direction aligned to the College of Health Sciences.
• Oversee program development, accreditation, and compliance with standards and regulations.

• Promote student success, enrollment management, and program outcomes.
• Manage fiscal resources and seek external funding for research and program growth.
