Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, student services, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for prospective students on admission requirements, procedures, and enrollment processes.
• Develop recruitment strategies and represent the School of Nursing at fairs, information sessions, and outreach events.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students, community colleges, and healthcare organizations to build recruitment pipelines.
• Manage NursingCAS and other admissions systems, tracking applicant progress through the admissions funnel.
• Coordinate on-campus and virtual recruitment events, open houses, and student engagement activities.
• Provide unofficial transcript reviews and guidance on prerequisites and admission requirements.
• Maintain databases tracking prospects, applicants, admissions outcomes, and enrollment metrics, and prepare reports.
• Support new student onboarding, orientation, and transition-to-enrollment activities.
