Job summary

Colonial Village Overland Park is seeking a Scheduling and Nursing Support Manager to lead a CNA/CMA team and manage nursing staff schedules. The role also oversees nursing supply inventory and ensures policy compliance across state and federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will bring reliable organizational skills, strong communication, and experience in training staff within a senior living environment, contributing to quality resident care and team performance.

Qualifications

• Reliability, organization, scheduling and communication skills required.
• Experience leading CNA and CMA roles, including interviews.
• Oversee scheduling for nursing staff within budgetary guidelines.
• Know-how with Point Click Care (POC) and care workflows.
• Adherence to community policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop and lead CNA and CMA staff at the community.
• Schedule all nursing staff within budget guidelines and community needs.
• Evaluate performance and provide coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee training to ensure regulatory and community standards are met.
• Maintain inventory of nursing supplies and approve related orders.
• Attend leadership and team meetings and support DO N goals.
