Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Scheduler to manage and optimize staffing schedules across units. The role focuses on building strong relationships with staff, maintaining accurate scheduling records, and coordinating time-off requests to ensure appropriate staffing levels.

You will handle monthly schedules, ensure compliance with policies, and communicate updates clearly to staff and leadership while supporting overall staffing efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to staff and maintain a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with staff to support scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Utilize organizational skills to ensure accurate scheduling and records.
• Complete monthly nursing schedules and coordinate time-off requests and shift coverage.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies related to staffing and labor requirements.
• Maintain scheduling records and adjust as staffing needs change.
