Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab is seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrator to support nursing operations in a nonprofit, mission-driven setting. The role includes scheduling, attendance oversight, HR paperwork, and cross-department coordination to ensure smooth daily operations.

The candidate will maintain records, assist with staff orientation, and participate in meetings while promoting the center's reputation and servant leadership values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, prioritization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master nursing schedule for 24-hour coverage and obtain approval.
• Maintain and review attendance and counseling for absenteeism/tardiness.
• Assist with orientation, file setup and HR paperwork for new associates.
• Recordkeeping: nursing evaluations, certifications, and MRQ forms.
• Communicate with nursing and other center departments; attend meetings and take minutes.
