Job summary

Ansley Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Director of Nursing Services to manage 24-hour nursing coverage, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with state requirements. You will prepare and have schedules approved by the Director, replacing call-ins and generating census-based hourly reports.

The role requires strong computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word) and excellent communication. Benefits include competitive pay and a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in using a computer, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.

Responsibilities

• Prepare master nursing time schedule for 24-hour coverage to comply with the state requirements.
• Director of Nursing Services must approve the master time schedule prior to posting.
• Replace call-ins.
• Prepares daily hourly report based on census.
• Maintains good communication with all nursing departments and other departments of the center.
