You will replace call-outs promptly, ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld. The position focuses on efficient administrative operations with a need for calm, decisive action during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Patience and tact when relating to nursing staff.
• Knowledge of administrative practices, procedures and policies.
• Ability to make independent decisions in emergencies.
• Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding organizational skills.
• Must have computer experience.

Responsabilités

• Scheduling & Coverage: Creating 6 week work schedules, managing daily call-outs, and ensuring minimum staffing ratios are met to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Replace any call-outs as soon as possible.
