Arbors of Ohio in Milford, OH is seeking a Scheduler for State Tested Nursing Assistants to manage nursing staff schedules and ensure compliance with facility and state requirements. The role supports patient-centered care by maintaining consistent staffing levels.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, family members, and staff.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling.
• Proficient in using a PC and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and posts work schedules at least two weeks prior to the start date.
• Contacts replacement personnel and modifies schedules as required.
• Maintains a current listing of employee contact numbers for call-in.
• Coordinates time off requests with the Director of Nursing.
• Notifies Director of Nursing of short staffing situations and maintains records of missed shifts.
• Coordinates with Director of Nursing to secure contract labor when required.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
