Responsibilities

• Secure staffing or replacement staffing for understaffed shifts.
• Notify the DON or designated on-call personnel during staffing emergencies.
• Answer staff call-offs, if designated by DON, and replace staff as necessary keeping DON informed of the situation.
• Complete and distribute DON approved monthly schedules for Nursing.
