Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services LLC is seeking a CNA-aligned Scheduler to maintain nursing staff schedules, arrange resident appointments, and coordinate transportation to appointments. The role requires CNA certification in Kentucky and ability to perform CNA duties within a resident-care setting.

Responsibilities include direct resident care, daily care plan execution, accurate documentation, and communication with nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA certified in KY and able to perform CNA duties.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program.
• Good standing in the state registry is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights, bells, or intercom to determine residents' needs and ensure call lights are within reach.
• Provide direct resident care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Record and monitor vital signs, intake and output as directed by care plan.
• Assist with transfers, transportation to appointments, and daily nursing needs as outlined by care plan.
• Maintain cleanliness of residents' units, treatment and supply rooms, and equipment.
