Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish positive relationships with customers and team members.
• Accurate timekeeping and processing of nursing payroll.
• Order and maintain needed office supplies.
• Demonstrates effective coordination of staffing to provide adequate coverage for nursing departments.
• Utilizes Kronos Scheduler to coordinate coverage following leadership assessment and identified needs, making calls to fill vacancies or call-ins.
• Maintains unit/department schedules as assigned.
• Communicates negative patterns/trends to leadership.
• Maintains attendance logs and other tracking documents.
• Assist nurse managers in interview process by contacting and scheduling interviews when requested.
• Maintains updated lists of filled and vacant positions.
