Job summary

Dove Healthcare - Rice Lake is seeking a Nursing Resource Coordinator to support our nursing department with staffing, attendance tracking, and scheduling.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on quality initiatives and handle state postings while providing administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing for the nursing department to meet residents' needs within budget and census targets.
• Track attendance, time cards, and position changes.
• Complete state-mandated postings and monitor scheduling issues.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives.
• Provide backup support for HI and other administrative duties as assigned.

Schedule Details:

• Full-time
• M-F, No weekends

As the nursing resource coordinator, you will support our nursing department with a variety of tasks, including:

• ensuring adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility's nursing department to meet the needs of the residents, based on budget and census
• tracking attendance, time card corrections, and changes in positions
• completing state mandated postings and monitor other related schedule issues
• working closely with the interdisciplinary director team on quality initiatives
• back up for HI
• other administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• high school education or GED equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required
