Job summary

Dove Healthcare – St. Croix Falls is seeking a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) to oversee patient care, supervise nursing staff, and administer medications in our St. Croix Falls facility. You will support a safe, comfortable environment and observe acute changes in conditions.

Required: Wisconsin RN or LPN licensure and a nursing degree. Shift options include full-time, part-time or casual, with every-other weekend work for some positions.

Qualifications

• current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)
• degree from an accredited school of nursing
• ability to work every other weekend (full and part-time positions)

Responsibilities

• oversee all aspects of patient care through directing and supervising nurses, nurse technicians, medication aides, and certified nursing assistants (CNA)
• provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration
• observe and manage acute changes in a patient's condition
• help provide a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment
