Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Nursing (PhD or DNP) or related field required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing education experience at the collegiate level.
- Grant writing and research funding experience required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills; ability to mentor students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead an independent, externally funded research program.
- Seek and secure external funding from NIH, foundations, and other sources.
- Mentor graduate students and supervise research projects.
- Collaborate with clinical partners and other departments to advance scholarship and education.
