Job summary

Mary's Meadow at Providence Place in Holyoke, MA, is seeking a Quality of Care Coordinator to oversee daily clinical operations, lead the QA/PI program, ensure regulatory compliance and manage the department budget.

You will conduct rounds, supervise staff, drive infection control, develop policies, and collaborate with regulatory agencies to maintain high-quality resident-centered care. On-call required; full-time day shift.

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN license in Massachusetts.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and DPH standards preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement budgets.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily rounds to assess the resident and evaluate the care plan.
• Acts as licensed nurse one shift per month to evaluate care delivery.
• Lead infection control program and QA/PI initiatives.
• Interviewing, hiring, orientation, development, and evaluation of staff.
• Develop and maintain clinical policies and procedures.
• Manage admissions and review reports from EMR.
• Maintain department budget and control costs.
• On-call requirement.
