Job summary

Mary's Meadow at Providence Place in Holyoke, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, seeks a Quality of Care Coordinator to lead daily clinical operations and advance resident-centered care.

The role requires BSN and MA RN license, supervisory experience, strong budgeting and infection control expertise, and knowledge of Joint Commission and DPH standards. You will drive QA/PI, staff development, and regulatory compliance across the facility.

Qualifications

• BSN and MA RN license in Massachusetts required.
• Three years supervisory experience preferred; LTC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission and DPH standards preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Leads QA/PI program and infection control activities.
• Manages department budget and cost reduction opportunities.
• Interviewing, hiring, orienting and evaluating staff for quality care.
• Develops and implements clinical policies with the team.
• Ensures regulatory compliance with state and federal standards.
• Participates in regulatory meetings and emergency management drills.
• Responds to on-call responsibilities as required.
