Job summary

Pikes Peak State College is seeking a BSN/NUA/PN Program Support Specialist to organize and coordinate instructional program support services for nursing programs. This non-classified, exempt role focuses on administrative operations, onboarding, data management, and cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or associate degree with relevant experience, strong data and budgeting skills, and the ability to travel between campus locations to support division needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Associate degree from a regionally accredited institution with two years of professional level experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with four years of professional level experience.
• Two years of professional level experience in managing and coordinating department program support.
• Experience with data collection and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions for BSN/NUA/PN programs.
• Coordinate onboarding and HR documentation for new hires and documentation.
• Maintain pay data and contracts within the FLAC system; ensure timely compensation.
• Prepare and analyze budget data; manage procurement and purchasing for the department.
• Support campus partnerships, accreditation activities, and enrollment reporting.
• Assist with course staffing, scheduling, and student advising needs.
