Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Nurse Leader for CancerBridge to oversee clinical operations, education, and consumer communications. This role will enhance end user cancer prevention education and drive end-user adoption as a key value for CancerBridge consumers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors in Nursing with RN license in Ohio, 5+ years of clinical experience, oncology nursing certification, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing with an active RN license in Ohio.
• Five years of relevant clinical experience.
• Oncology nursing experience and certification required.
• Strong leadership, effective communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Prior leadership and management experience preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with call center or contact center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations, education, and communications of the CancerBridge agenda with consumers.
• Coordinate needs of current and new customers, and quality assurance for all consumer contacts.
• Drive strategy for clinical needs related to CancerBridge, including clinical technology advancements and pilot projects.
• Coordinate clinical logistics, including potential expansion of hours and facilitation of bridge to care coordination.
