Job summary

The Ohio State University invites applications for a Nursing Program Manager within the CancerBridge program. The nurse leader will oversee clinical operations, education, and communications to drive end-user cancer prevention education and adoption.

The role reports to the James department and is based on Ackerman Rd. The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Ohio, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), and at least five years of oncology nursing and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing is required with current RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Five years of relevant clinical experience required.
• Oncology nursing experience and certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organization skills.
• Prior leadership and management experience preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and use of Microsoft applications required.
• Experience with call center or contact center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, education, and communications of CancerBridge.
• Coordinate development of clinical technology advancements and pilot projects.
• Drive strategy for clinical needs related to CancerBridge and care coordination.
• Ensure quality assurance for all contacts with consumers and related services.
