Job summary

Ohio State University is seeking a Nursing Program Manager to lead CancerBridge clinical operations, education, and communications. The role drives end-user cancer prevention education, adoption, and care coordination across current and new customers, coordinating QA for consumer contacts.

Minimum education is a bachelor’s in nursing with Ohio RN licensure; five years’ clinical experience with oncology and leadership capability are required. Travel and shift flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in nursing required with a current license as an RN in the state of Ohio.
• Five years of relevant clinical experience required.
• Oncology nursing experience and certification required.
• Strong leadership skills, effective communication, the ability to facilitate outcomes through others, problem solving, and strong organizational skills required.
• Prior leadership and management experience preferred.
• Excellent writing skills and use of Microsoft applications required.
• Experience with call center or contact center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical operations, education, and communications of the CancerBridge agenda with consumers.
• Coordinate the needs of all current and new customers, along with coordinating quality assurance for all contacts with consumers.
• Coordinate and drive the strategy for all clinical needs related to CancerBridge such as development of clinical technology advancements, pilot projects, innovative and strategic clinical service development and implementation, and clinical logistics.
• May include expanding hours of operation and facilitating the bridge to care coordination as needed.
