Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Nursing Program Manager in Columbus, OH to lead CancerBridge's clinical operations, education, and consumer communications. You will coordinate end‑user cancer prevention education and drive adoption of CancerBridge solutions, partnering with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

The role requires a RN license in Ohio, 5+ years of clinical experience, oncology nursing certification, and strong leadership, communication, and writing skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio (active)
• 5+ years of relevant clinical experience
• Oncology nursing experience and certification required
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and organizational skills
• Prior leadership/management experience preferred
• Excellent writing skills; proficient in Microsoft applications
• Experience with call center or contact center preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations, education, and communications of CancerBridge.
• Coordinate end-user cancer prevention education and adoption of CancerBridge solutions.
• Coordinate quality assurance for all contacts with consumers.
• Drive the strategy for clinical needs related to CancerBridge (clinical tech advancements, pilots, service development).
• Coordinate clinical logistics and potentially expand hours of operation; facilitate care coordination as needed.
