Job summary

Wheaton College seeks an Assistant or Associate Dean of Nursing to lead and advance the college's Nursing Program alongside the Dean. Assist the Dean in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing program.

Support curriculum development and standardization.
Strengthen relationships with clinical agencies and healthcare partners.
Prepare and review reports for accrediting and government agencies (e.g., BRN, CCNE).
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation.
Coordinate experiential learning, including simulation-based education.
Provide onboarding and continuing education for faculty.
Pursue grant opportunities to fund initiatives.
