Qualifications

• Valid NY State Nursing License is required.
• MSN Degree required.
• Experience supervising nursing faculty and coordinating curriculum preferred.
• In-person position with on-site duties in Rochester, NY.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the nursing program.
• Supervise the daily operations of the nursing program.
• Hire, develop, evaluate, and terminate subject-area instructors in collaboration with the Dean of Instruction.
• Coordinate course reviews, curriculum monitoring, and program assessment.
• Ensure compliance with licensure, accreditation, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in budget planning and campus initiatives.
