Job summary

Bryant & Stratton College is seeking a Program Director of Nursing at the Henrietta location to supervise the daily operations of the nursing program and ensure compliance with NYS Office of the Professions and ACEN standards, as well as achieving acceptable NCLEX pass and graduation rates.

The role includes managing resources, mentoring faculty, coordinating curricula, and supporting the dean and campus leadership to uphold quality instruction and program profitability.

Qualifications

• Two years’ supervisor experience with at least 1 year of teaching.
• Master’s or higher degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing program operations to meet ACEN and NYS standards.
• Manage nursing faculty, instructional, clinical and support staff.
• Coordinate program development, curricula, and clinical site agreements.
• Support retention, graduation, and NCLEX outcomes.
