The BSN Program Coordinator position is a full-time faculty role, reporting to the Dean of Nursing, with a fifty percent (50%) teaching release. The coordinator oversees the assigned year-level of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and overseeing nursing curricula to meet accreditation standards.
• Supporting faculty in delivering evidence-based education.
• Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness and implementing improvements.
• Providing guidance and support to nursing students.
• Using student data to drive changes and meet learning outcomes.
• Participating in program alignment meetings.

Qualifications:

• Unencumbered Missouri RN licensure (compact state).
• At least three years of experience as a registered nurse.
• At least three years of experience as a nursing faculty.
• Effective interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
• CPR certification.

Preferred:

• Doctoral Degree in Nursing or related field.
