Dept: Shared Governance | Location: System Support | Shift: 8am-5pm

The Nursing Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating nursing-related projects that enhance patient care, improve workflow efficiency, and support clinical excellence. This role works closely with nursing leadership, clinical teams, quality improvement departments, and hospital administration to implement strategic initiatives and ensure they align with hospital goals and regulatory standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Active Registered Nurse Ohio licensure required

Experience

• Minimum Level of Experience: 3–5 years of job‑related experience
• Prior job title: Clinical nurse
