Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Administrator to develop and maintain clinical relationships and agreements, coordinating nursing student clinical rotations and ensuring all required documentation is complete.

This role reports to the Dean/Director of Nursing and involves collaboration with faculty and clinical partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality of student

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; preference for candidates with experience in business, health care, or academic settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to develop and maintain clinical relationships and agreements.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to pass an application verification including background check and drug screen.
• Able to work effectively with clinical agencies, staff, faculty, and students as a team member.
• Willingness to travel locally using own vehicle.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical relationships and agreements.
• Create and manage schedules for student clinical rotations in collaboration with faculty and clinical partners.
• Ensure student files contain current, required documentation for clinical experiences.
• Coordinate with the Dean/Director of Nursing and clinical partners to optimize clinical experiences.
