Corewell Health in Royal Oak, MI, is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist (NPD-S) to lead educational programs across transplant and nephrology services. The role emphasizes development, delivery and evaluation of evidence-based staff education to improve patient outcomes and professional practice.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in nursing is required.
- Minimum of three years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
- Five years of education experience is preferred.
- RN licensed in Michigan on hire.
- BC-NPD certification required within 2 years.
- BLS certification required on hire (AHA or ARC).
Responsabilités
- Develops, implements and evaluates professional development programs for staff.
- Designs high-quality, culturally sensitive educational activities.
- Measures outcomes and ROI of learning activities.
- Collaborates with leaders and researchers to advance NPD practice.
- Liaises with education programs to coordinate and sustain nursing education.
