Qualifications

• Master's Degree in nursing is required.
• 3 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting are required.
• 5 years of experience in education-related roles are preferred.
• RN license in the State of Michigan required upon hire.
• Board Certified Nursing Professional Development (BC-NPD) is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Develops and evaluates professional development programs for staff.
• Leads inter-professional learning and practice changes.
• Measures outcomes and cost-effectiveness of learning activities.
• Collaborates with leadership, faculty, and clinicians to meet organizational goals.
