The NPD-S will lead inter-professional education initiatives and measure learning impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum of three years nursing experience in acute care.
• At least five years in nursing education or professional development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate professional development programs.
• Collaborate with staff and leadership to advance nursing practice.
• Measure outcomes of education activities and adjust as needed.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and policies.
